Our current capacity to cut garments per month is around one million units. Main Cutting room is in El Salvador HQ and has 12 cutting tables with the ability to process from 60” up to 124” width.

Development and Patterns Design

• We use the most advanced software of the industry like Gerber and Audaces for pattern development and markers.

Label

We have equipment that supports sublimation technology capable of producing 1.5 million labels per month. Including sticker labels for box, poly bag and Hang Tag.

Sewing

We have 7 plants in 4 different countries (El Salvador, Nicaragua, Haiti, Honduras) which currently produces more than a million garments per month.

Embroidery and Screen Printing

• We have more than 240 embroidery heads. Embroidered pieces capacity exceeds 100,000 units monthly with 10,000 stitches per embroidery.
• Capicity to produce up 100k units per month.

Export and Logistics

We manage and control all our own exports and supervise all the importation into the USA

• Ability to ship LCLs weekly to any U.S. destination
• Brokerage and customs clearance at any U.S. port or airport
